Velon Terms of Service

By using Velon you agree to use the application responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining access to your account
  • Keeping your credentials confidential
  • Providing accurate information
  • Not sharing account credentials improperly

2. Acceptable use

You must not use Velon to:

  • Perform unlawful activities
  • Attack or compromise systems
  • Distribute malware
  • Abuse services
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Circumvent security controls
  • Abuse licensing systems
  • Attempt to manipulate Premium entitlements
  • Attack Velon infrastructure
  • Abuse APIs or authentication systems

3. Workspace responsibility

Velon can launch applications, websites, files and folders that you configure. You are responsible for:

  • The applications you configure
  • The files and folders you launch
  • The websites you configure
  • The commands and paths you provide, where applicable
  • The content and software launched through your Workspaces

Velon does not guarantee that every third-party application or website will always work correctly. Third-party items may fail because of their own updates, permissions, Windows configuration, network problems, application changes, broken paths, or third-party service outages.

4. Premium & licensing

Premium access is associated with your Velon account and may depend on a valid subscription, a valid activation/license, your account status, and server-side entitlement verification.

You must not attempt to:

  • Bypass Premium restrictions
  • Modify license information
  • Share unauthorized activation keys
  • Circumvent subscription controls

5. Software updates

Velon may receive updates to:

  • Improve performance
  • Fix bugs
  • Improve security
  • Add features
  • Improve compatibility

Please keep your installation updated whenever possible.

6. Third-party services

Velon may interact with third-party applications, websites, infrastructure and services. Velon does not control those services — their terms, privacy policies, availability, security and content remain their responsibility.
